These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bangalore Kolkata Transport Company fleet management platform, driver portal, and services provided by Bangalore Kolkata Transport Company.
1. Account Registration & Fleet Authority
By creating a BKTC account, you represent that you are an authorized representative of the transport or logistics company with legal authority to manage vehicle records and driver rosters.
2. Subscription & Billing
BKTC services are billed on a monthly or annual subscription based on the active vehicle fleet size. Subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) plus applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
3. Service Availability & SLA
We strive to maintain 99.9% application uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be notified in advance via email and dashboard announcements.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
